still playing catch up and having a blast looking through archives and remembering events.  last may two very sweet high school sweethearts tied the knot.  this year they have celebrated their first year of marriage and now have the sweetest baby girl!!!

first up on memory lane

do we all remember sweet little layla?  here she is at 6 months.

and then again at a year.  so precious seeing this little girl grow up through my lens!

she is a climber for sure!

cant wait to see what we can come up with next!!  i'll show layla's adorable cousin addison soon too.  i think children really are my favorite subjects to photograph.  next to rock stars of course!!! duh!  cheers!

remain focused

well all i have to say is I'M BACK, were back, this blog is back!

mark and i have had a crazy couple of years since my last post.  all good, GREAT and bad but we have survived it all and are much stronger for it.  there have been some good mini trips, yearly festivals, birthdays, holidays, concerts, photo shoots, date nights, adventures and the wonderful weekend of our ENGAGEMENT! that i cant wait to share!  time to play catch up from the last 2 years.

its hard to say why i haven't posted since january 2011.  i guess i'll blame it on life... thats a good excuse right?  well i'll try not to let that be my excuse anymore.  this blog has always been a good way to concentrate on the good and amazing things in my life.  its too easy to feel bogged down and forget how lucky you are in each moment.  very excited to continue documenting our life.  cheers!
